Unexpected accident at Santorini terminates much awaited Europe vacation

Who does not wish to experience luxurious villas floating over turquoise waters, lip- smacking cuisines and breathtaking locations? So did Mrs. Nanda Bose when she left with her husband for a cruise trip through Europe. As the cruise docked at Santorini, Mrs. Nanda Bose and her husband started exploring place, revering the stunning sceneries.

Though there were cable cars available for transportation, they decided to take the 588 odd flight of stairs to the port in order to avoid the long wait. That decision unfortunately terminated their trip, as Mrs. Nanda Bose tumbled from one of the stairs and fractured her right shoulder. She was escorted back to the cruise immediately where she underwent necessary treatment for the fracture. Thankfully, they had covered their trip with TrawellTag Cover-More’s global assistance and insurance services. The emergency assistance team helped them with procurement of all the required invoices and coordination with the underwriter for handling the financial aspects of the procedure.

Even though Mrs. Nanda Bose and her husband’s cruise trip ended abruptly because of the unexpected accident, they were grateful that TrawellTag Cover-More took charge of the incident and ensured that she recovered completely before returning to India.

“I am thankful to TrawellTag Cover-More’s global assistance and insurance services for delivering what they promised and helping me in every way possible to tackle my unexpected mishap on the cruise trip.” ~Mrs. Nanda Bose
